[You’re suddenly in an open, expansive room. It’s huge. If you’re familiar with the setting or have the ability to compare it to something similar, it’s like the interior of a church—pews surround you, all centered around an altar, and all of the normal religious paraphernalia—Bibles, baptismal tools, sacramental wine and bread—is present as well, in its expected place for a church or set up on a table before the altar. The area is for the most part so dark, however, that you cannot clearly see around you for farther than a few feet. It feels like nighttime, but, well, you can’t look beyond the shadows to spy the windows to know for sure...

In this deep darkness, the well-lit altar is like a beacon. Blazing candles encircle it, and you can perceive at least four human-shaped figures standing upon it. Are they alive? Watch long enough, and you’ll understand that they don’t move, shift, or even breathe.

Also, you are dressed like an angel. ( 1 , 2 , 3 , or 4 ) Have fun!

You are directly in the middle of the central aisle, one that leads to the altar. What will you do?]

1) you are welcome to tag in at any time. this heart game will be running from december 10th to december 16th! please realize i have rl responsibilities and will not always be available to tag during the mornings/afternoons of every day, but in general i will be around.

2) my goal is to get everyone to at least one "room" outside of the church, but if that doesn't happen, it's okay! c:

[The clothing feels strange on you, like it's not really doing anything for you. They're just clothes, but it's... unsettling. Even if you might be happy your dick's covered, Part of you feels very empty.

You can explore the bed, the bathroom, and the other things in the bedroom—there is a nightstand with a lamp and other things on top of it, including a framed photograph, a few rugs, a hardwood chest. A fancy desk with nothing but a Bible resting on top.]

[It's a normal Bible. Nothing especially sticks out about it. But it's well taken care of, of a fine, sturdy quality, and there's an elegant little tassle/bookmark stuck into the center of it, presumably to hold the reader's place.

[It's honestly very boring.

There are a lot of administrative, academic papers here. Documents about priest schools and heretic sightings and rather mundane topics like that. There are also pens and paperclips; essentially, various office supplies that one person would probably use.

If anything, there's a lot of paper, so whoever owns this room is probably busy.]

more papers and various objects. This time, though, they're all very centered on the religious—pocket Bibles, official documents, dissertations, rosaries, special pens.

he steps back and heads out of the room, into the hallway, to go look at one of the closed doors; can he open it]

The closed door nearest to the open bedroom leads into a bathroom, the one that you can also enter from the bedroom itself.

There's a shower, a counter with a sink and more drawers and cabinets, and just about anything else you'd expect in a bathroom. It's orderly for the most part, but there are some things spread out on the counter, by the sink.]

[These are lubricated condoms. It says so on the wrappers.

But, yes, there is lube hidden down in one of the cabinets. It's, like... in an awkward position, half-hidden behind bottles of shampoo and shaving cream and stuff, but not hidden so far away that it's not within easy reach. Hmm.]

that's the most exciting thing he's found in this apartment before besides the clothing. he lets them be, though, and backs out to try to open the last room with the closed door. ]

[The door opens into what appears to be a sunroom. It's decorated sparsely, with a few chairs and a table that almost jump right out of a furniture catalog. There are bookshelves lining some of the walls. The windows are spacious and open, and outside is a clear day. Another, clear-paned door leads to a balcony. There is a white towel, rolled up into a triangular shape, resting on the carpet.]
