[You’re suddenly in an open, expansive room. It’s huge. If you’re familiar with the setting or have the ability to compare it to something similar, it’s like the interior of a church—pews surround you, all centered around an altar, and all of the normal religious paraphernalia—Bibles, baptismal tools, sacramental wine and bread—is present as well, in its expected place for a church or set up on a table before the altar. The area is for the most part so dark, however, that you cannot clearly see around you for farther than a few feet. It feels like nighttime, but, well, you can’t look beyond the shadows to spy the windows to know for sure...

In this deep darkness, the well-lit altar is like a beacon. Blazing candles encircle it, and you can perceive at least four human-shaped figures standing upon it. Are they alive? Watch long enough, and you’ll understand that they don’t move, shift, or even breathe.

Also, you are dressed like an angel. ( 1 , 2 , 3 , or 4 ) Have fun!

You are directly in the middle of the central aisle, one that leads to the altar. What will you do?]

1) you are welcome to tag in at any time. this heart game will be running from december 10th to december 16th! please realize i have rl responsibilities and will not always be available to tag during the mornings/afternoons of every day, but in general i will be around.

[Yes. When you stand up it's a very nondescript, plain living space. There's a kitchen with a counter acting as divider between it and the living room, a hallway leading down to a few more rooms—one of the doors is open, but the other two doors are closed—and a door that looks to be for the entrance to the apartment itself.

Though the apartment is pretty bare, though, it's like someone tried to add some character to it. Magazines, books, and papers are stacked haphazardly here and there, with no sort of order to them. There are flowers in colorful vases (that don't always match). A pleasing, tropical scent will waft in through your nostrils.]

[Yeah, there's a bedroom. From the hallway, you can see a bed and windows with the shutters closed.]

They're really snazzy and fashionable clothes, honestly, like a male model just kept all of his fancy outfits and accessories here, in this small, walk-in closet beside the bathroom. They're organized in a very orderly way and perfectly clean.]

[The clothing feels strange on you, like it's not really doing anything for you. They're just clothes, but it's... unsettling. Even if you might be happy your dick's covered, Part of you feels very empty.

You can explore the bed, the bathroom, and the other things in the bedroom—there is a nightstand with a lamp and other things on top of it, including a framed photograph, a few rugs, a hardwood chest. A fancy desk with nothing but a Bible resting on top.]

[It's a normal Bible. Nothing especially sticks out about it. But it's well taken care of, of a fine, sturdy quality, and there's an elegant little tassle/bookmark stuck into the center of it, presumably to hold the reader's place.

There are a lot of administrative, academic papers here. Documents about priest schools and heretic sightings and rather mundane topics like that. There are also pens and paperclips; essentially, various office supplies that one person would probably use.

If anything, there's a lot of paper, so whoever owns this room is probably busy.]
